General Conditions

Inscribirse en don Quijote significa que aceptarás todas las condiciones generales expuestas a continuaci—n:

1. GENERAL
don Quijote is not liable in any cases of force majeure (according to the law) or for actions of the students and their consequences.

2. ACCOMMODATION
2.1. For last minute registration (see 7) we cannot guarantee to fulfill required preferences concerning accommodation.
2.2. Replacement costs for breakage due to negligence will be charged to the students.

3. CLASSES
3.1. In high season, classes can take place in classrooms in other facilities.
3.2. The management of don Quijote reserves the right to accept in exceptional cases, students of 17 years old.

4. INSURANCE AND VISA
4.1. You are not insured against illness or accidents, theft or loss of personal possessions through the schools of those offering the accommodation. We therefore highly reccommend to take a personal insurance policy.
4.2. Western European citizens do not require a visa to enter Spain or Peru. Citizens from other countries should contact their nearest Spanish/Peruvian Embassy or Consulate to check the details regarding entry permits. The Certificate (don Quijote document of course confirmation) can only be issued by the school if the registration has been received and the deposit has been paid.

5. CANCELLATIONS
5.1. Cancellations before arrival are only accepted in writing, either by letter, telegram, e-mail or fax.
5.2. For cancellations before arrival, your deposit of 188 Euros (Spain), US$156 (Peru) will not be refunded.
5.3. In no case money will be refunded once the course and/or lodging has started (except for the money back guarantee).

6. CANCELLATION GUARANTEE
We also recommend our special cancellation guarantee, which costs 3% of the total invoice amount and entitles you to the full return of course fees, accommodation and extra charges paid (excluding enrollment fee, the cost of the guarantee itself and travel expenses). This guarantee, which is personal and non-transferrable, applies under the following circumstances: work, examinations, illness (of the student or a family member), pregnancy, failure to be granted a visa, or being called up for military service. The guarantee remains in force from the date of registration until the end of your don Quijote course and accommodation.

7.LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS, CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE
7.1. For bookings and/or changes of arrivals within 2 weeks a 31 Euros(Spain), US$36(Peru) supplement will be charged.
7.2. For last minute bookings and last minutes changes (arrival within 1 week) a 63 Euros(Spain), US72(Peru) supplement will be charged.
7.3. For charges in course and/or accommodation after arrival, we charge an administration fee of 31 Euros (Spain), US36 (Peru) (except don Quijote guarantee)
7.4. By signing the registration form or agreeging with any other form of registration, you accept all Payment and General conditions and don Quijote guarantees.

- All prices are valid till December 31, 2002 for courses starting and ending in 2002.
- Prices for 2003 are subject to change. If price raises amount to more than 6% you can cancel against full refund.
- This price list replaces all prior prices dates information.
- don Quijote is not responsible for obvious printing errors.
