c) Business studies, work experience and/or other type of experience appropriate for the type of placement sought.
d) Demonstrated open-mindedness and an understanding of what it means to be a "team player".

Neither acceptance nor placement nor continuance are automatic. This is a "real-life", highly competitive program. There are pre-program interviews and pre-placement interviews by Program personnel.
There are also "job search" interviews on-site at the company headquarters where you will be applying to work.
"Employers" have the right to choose... that means to accept/refuse applicants for the positions offered and to terminate participation for cause
as may be definited by the laws of Spain and by their company policies.
If this should happen, candidates agree to abide by the laws of the country and neither don Quijote nor Practicum Europa can be held responsable in any way.
Remember, program acceptance or "job" placement do not guarantee continuity in the program. No step is automatic, rather each is competitive and function according to the laws and customs of Spain.
This is a "real world" experience.
