We really believe in that. We want it to be apparent in every word and deed from don Quijote as an institute
and from its employees. You will notice that when you are in Spain and in our delivery of services and personal
advice before you leave for Spain.

- We only do what we are good at: teaching you Spanish.
- Except for Barcelona, we aim to keep all the schools small for optimal personal contact.
- Each school has a central meeting area, where you can read, watch TV or do homework outside lesson hours. A comforting idea.
- The schools have a multimedia classroom (use of computers, free Internet access, send/receive e-mail, create your own homepage using don Quijote's digital camera and scanner).
- All the schools are centrally located so that you can take part in local life to the full.
- The schools are comfortable and have modern equipment.
- Every school has an office where you can go with all your queries.
- don Quijote has been awarded several national and international seals of quality, belongs to a number of professional language-sector associations and is included in major Spanish guides (such as those of the Instituto Cervantes and the Spanish Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport).

- don Quijote pays for teachers to take foreign language courses abroad. We encourage this because it gives them a better understanding of how you feel at our schools.
- Our teachers regularly follow practical training and refresher courses.
- don Quijote selects teachers for their ability to listen, their friendliness, enthusiasm and patience, but most of all for their love of teaching.

- don Quijote has an extensive range of courses: From four hours a day of classes to super-intensive individual classes of six and eight hours with courses lasting 1-40 weeks.
- don Quijote offers courses at every level of Spanish: from beginners through to very advanced.
- All don Quijote schools (except Tenerife and Peru) offer preparation courses for the official examinations Spanish as a Foreign Language, DELE Inicial, Básico and Superior with excellent results.
- All students, with the exception of those who have no previous knowledge of Spanish, take a test at the start of the course. This ensures that your fellow students in your study group will know just as much Spanish as you do.
- There is a maximum of eight students per study group on all our intensive and super-intensive courses.
- If you have some previous knowledge of Spanish, you can start a course on any Monday throughout the year.
- You can follow one continuous course of study in different towns, giving you the opportunity to see different places.

- You can choose between home stay, student flat, residence (in Barcelona and Granada) or private apartment.
- You can always combine the above accommodation options.
- We have been working with most of our host families for years.
- don Quijote has ongoing rental agreements in every town for carefully selected student flats.
- These student flats are not very luxurious but they have all the basic amenities.
- The common areas in a student flat are cleaned every week.
- We always try to accommodate special wishes (non-smokers, vegetarians, people with allergies, etc.).
- With the exception of Barcelona, Madrid, Tenerife and Valencia, where accommodation is very difficult to find, your lodging will always be within walking distance of the school.
