PRIZES:

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: 4 year tuition to the accredited college of student's choice - for an undergraduate degree (not to exceed $80,000) and 4 years room and board (not to exceed $20,000). OR two year tuition for an Associate or Masters degree (not to exceed $40,000) and two years room and board for Associate or Master's degrees (not to exceed $10,000). Approximate retail value of Grand Prize not to exceed $100,000 for an undergraduate degree or $50,000 for Associate or Master's degree.

ADDITIONAL GRAND PRIZE SCHOLARSHIP CLARIFICATION:

Scholarship for use in one degree.
Grand Prize is a scholarship and must be applied towards a degree at an accredited college or university. All tuition payments will be made by U. Inc. directly to the college or university that the student is enrolled in. Scholarship may be applied towards one degree only, either an associates degree, bachelor degree or master's degree.

Eligibility & Notice
Student must be either currently enrolled at the college or university or be accepted for admission by or within 24 months from winning the scholarship. If a winner does not get accepted to a college and show proof to U. inc within 24 months of winning notification, student will forfeit the prize and U. Inc. will award the prize to another entrant. When the winning student shows proof that they are enrolled in a college or that they have been accepted to a college, that same college will be the only college that they can apply the scholarship to.

Room & Board
Room & Board will also be paid directly to the college or university. If the college or university does not have "on campus" housing, a Room and Board allowance of $500 per month for 9 months of the year will be paid to the student as rent comes due. In the event that the student is living off campus, the Room & Board allowance of $500 per month for nine months will be paid for four years if the degree is a bachelor's degree, or two years if it's a associates or masters degree. If Room and Board is paid directly to the college or univerity initially and then the student opts to live off campus, only the remaining pro - rata amount of months will be paid. Example: A student wins the Grand Prize and he or she is pursuing a bachelor's degree; the student lives on campus the first year and U. Inc. pays the first year's Room and Board to the college, then the student wishes to live off campus for the subsequent years, U. Inc. would be obligated to pay the additional three years Room and Board at $500 x 9 months x 3 years as the student's rent came due.

Existing college students
If the winning student is currently enrolled in a college or university, U. Inc. will pay the remainder of the tuition and Room & Board due until the student graduates and then pay any education loans after the student graduates directly to the educational loan source and pay as the student loans would normally be paid per the initial loan documents. U. Inc. will only be obligated to pay student loans that were directly related to tuition and room and board up to the maximums as previously mentioned depending on degree type. All loans submitted for payment must show initial documentation to substantiate the tuition and room and board expenses. If a student has already graduated from an associate or bachelor degree before 12.31.06, then the grand prize FullRide Scholarship can only be applied to a new higher level degree than the one they graduated with (such as graduate degree if they had already graduated with an undergraduate degree), not loans from a previous degree in which they had fully graduated.

Grand Prize FullRide™ Scholarship for only the normal degree length
The Grand Prize scholarship will only pay for tuition and Room and Board up to the normal length of time for the degree the student selected and enrolled in; 4 years for undergraduate degrees or two years for Associates or Master's degree. If students elect to continue their college beyond four years for undergraduate or two years for Associate's and Master's degree, U. Inc. will not be obligated to pay tuition or Room & Board beyond the initial four or two years respecively. U. Inc. will not be obligated to pay tuition beyond the college's normal degree total required credit hours.
